How do I see all the offers?
You can see all the current active offers by scanning the QR code with your phone. You can also view all the offers directly by visiting www.islandercard.co.uk/offers.
I saw an offer, but it is no longer on the site. Why?
Offers are limited and most of them expire over time. On some occasions, a merchant may also need to take an offer down early.
Is this a credit card or does it offer credit?
No, this is not a credit card. It’s a loyalty card that you can use to claim a range of offers and discounts from retailers across the Isle of Wight.
Can I let other people use my card?
No, this card is for the named cardholder only and shouldn’t be used by anyone else. Some retailers might ask to see your government-issued ID to claim a specific offer.
Will I be credit checked for this card?
No, the IslanderCARD is a loyalty card and doesn’t offer any credit facilities, so no credit check is required.
Who can purchase this card?
Anyone living on the Isle of Wight and over 16 years old can apply for an IslanderCARD. Some offers may only be available to people over 18 years old, and proof of age or identity may be required.
